How we engrave your Roselli

Make your knife or axe truly yours with a custom engraving. We use precision laser engraving to create a lasting mark on the blade. Whether it’s a name, date, or a short phrase, your engraving makes each Roselli unique.  Simply add your engraving in the designated engraving box before checkout.

What should I engrave?

The hardest part of engraving is often deciding what to engrave! The most common requests are names, dates, or years – perfect for marking a special person or life event. If you’d like something more custom, such as a logo, please contact us at info@roselli.fi.

Product description

Initial release: Only 20 knives available.

This first batch of the Roselli Allround kitchen knife Damascus is handcrafted in-house by our blacksmith Juho in a limited run of just 20 pieces.

The Roselli Allround kitchen knife Damascus is where precision meets artistry. Forged from 37 layers of Damascus steel, this knife combines high performance with striking visual character.

The blade is created through a meticulous process of hammering, folding, and layering different steels together. This time-intensive technique produces the flowing patterns that make each knife truly unique, no two blades are ever the same.

With its lightweight construction and compact 12 cm blade, this knife offers exceptional control and precision. As a smaller chef’s knife, it is ideal for detailed kitchen work such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and trimming meat. Its fine edge and superior slicing ability make it perfect for creating delicate, paper-thin cuts.

The handle is crafted from stained curly birch and treated with linseed oil, ensuring a secure and comfortable grip even in wet conditions. Each handle is naturally unique in grain and appearance.

Every knife comes with a handmade sheath of Finnish vegetable-tanned leather, along with a handcrafted wooden gift box, providing safe, elegant storage at home or on the go.

Handcrafted in Harmoinen, Finland, this knife represents the highest level of Roselli craftsmanship, where performance, beauty, and tradition come together.

The Santoku kitchen knife, Damascus is now available for preorder and pairs perfectly with this smaller Allround kitchen knife Damascus.
