The Roselli Hunting knife, long is a longer-bladed version of our classic Hunting knife. It is built on the same straightforward, functional design philosophy, but with added blade length for those who prefer a bigger knife in hand and greater reach in use.
Rather than being focused on a single task, the longer blade makes this knife a versatile tool for hunting, camp and outdoor life. The added cutting length allows for longer, smoother cuts and a different working feel compared to the standard Hunting knife, which many users find more natural for general outdoor tasks.
Beyond hunting-related work, the knife is well suited for preparing food at camp, trimming branches and handling everyday tasks around the fire. The longer blade can also be useful when processing smaller firewood for fire preparation, especially when controlled force and blade length are an advantage.
The blade is forged from premium carbon steel and hardened to approximately 60 HRC, providing excellent edge retention, toughness and easy resharpening in the field. The handle is crafted from curly birch and treated with linseed oil to ensure a secure and comfortable grip, even in wet conditions. As with all Roselli knives, each piece is handmade using natural materials, giving every knife its own unique character.
The knife comes with a handcrafted sheath made from light, vegetable-tanned Finnish leather, designed for safe carry and long-term durability.
