How we engrave your Roselli

Make your knife or axe truly yours with a custom engraving. We use precision laser engraving to create a lasting mark on the blade. Whether it’s a name, date, or a short phrase, your engraving makes each Roselli unique.  Simply add your engraving in the designated engraving box before checkout.

What should I engrave?

This second batch is now available for preorder, with only 20 knives being made. Each piece is crafted individually, making this Santoku not only a trusted kitchen tool but also a unique work of art for those who appreciate true craftsmanship.
The Santoku is a true all-rounder, perfect for slicing, dicing, and chopping a wide range of ingredients. Its well-balanced design ensures easy handling and precise cuts every time.

The handle is crafted from stained curly birch and finished with linseed oil, ensuring a secure and comfortable grip even in wet conditions. Each knife comes with a handmade sheath of Finnish vegetable-tanned leather and is presented in a handcrafted wooden gift box, providing safe, stylish storage at home, on the go, or when sending it back for our free sharpening service.

Beautiful, comfortable, light as a feather, has a very good edge geometry and factory sharpness, and keeps that edge for a long-long time.
